Working across public, private and cultural institutions, I focus on leadership, governance and the stewardship of complex organisations, and on how strategic decisions about place, infrastructure and culture shape long-term public value and collective identity.
This site brings together the different strands of that work: executive and board leadership, governance roles, institutional programmes, writing and research, alongside selected creative and cultural collaborations.
The Portfolio presents a selected range of leadership, governance and strategic roles undertaken in the UK and internationally, spanning civic institutions, universities, cultural organisations and complex capital programmes, where judgement, accountability and delivery at scale have been central.
The Art & Photography section includes ongoing visual work and published studies that sit alongside my broader interest in observation, context and the environments in which organisations and societies operate.
The Ledger is a space for shorter essays, reflections and research emerging from my doctoral work in leadership, complexity and organisational decision-making.
